New to WordPress – but not to blogging

I don’t know what a block is so I’m writing this instead

I’ve written and published dozens of blogs. My past blogs were mainly about Project Management as applied to large engineering and construction projects. During my career, I managed projects with a total value greater than one billion dollars. I am out of that arena and retired. Topics of interest to me today are more focused on ‘quality of life’ and related questions and observations.

As a retired individual, I have the time and resources to explore any rabbit hole that catches my attention. My time is more than filled with an eclectic collection of topics I wish to explore. Many subjects come out of my current pastimes. I am a historical interpreter at a national historic park, and I am a Sherlockian. Sherlockians are a strange group who join scion societies to read, study, and discuss the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes.

My journal contains more potential topics for papers than I have time to tackle. In project management, the challenge is prioritizing which topic is of the highest priority and then working on that until it is complete. The same challenge applies to my current writing projects.

I will sort through my potential topics and select those that may be of interest to WordPress readers. Of course, one topic I’ll spend time on is improving the ‘style’ and appearance of my posting. Reader’s suggestions are always appreciated, including links to helpful YouTube videos.
